Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an Associate Production Specialist to manage line preparation, filling, and packaging operations at our Dammam plant in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure materials availability, proper safety procedures, and equipment setup, then run lines and document results.

The role emphasizes quality, efficiency, and teamwork across shifts. Responsibilities include loading lines, labeling, sampling, and supporting line changes, while adhering to safety, quality, and SOP standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic English reading and writing is required.
• Ability to perform basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide, percentages, decimals).
• Forklift Driving is required.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Review mixing, filling and packaging instructions at line start.
• Ensure correct raw and packaging materials are available.
• Set up and adjust line per instructions; seek supervisor if needed.
• Operate equipment for mixing, filling and packaging continuously.
• Label, weigh, sample, and document quality and productivity data.
• Support line changeovers and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Participate in Kaizens, 5S, TPM and continuous improvement projects.
