Job summary

Talent Diamond is seeking an Operator to join a leading FMCG and beverage manufacturing company in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. You will operate production machinery, monitor performance, and support quality checks to ensure safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities include handling raw materials, machine setup, recording data in ERP, and participating in safety inspections. Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with molding equipment is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with plastic blow molding, injection molding, or labeling equipment is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of production machinery and processes.
• Proficient with ERP systems or warehouse mobility devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery following standard operating procedures.
• Check quantities of raw and packaging materials against production orders.

Our client, a leading FMCG and beverage manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an Operator to join its production team in Madinah.

The role is responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, supporting quality checks, and ensuring safe and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Check quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse against production orders.
• Operate production machinery and follow approved standard operating procedures.
• Perform testing procedures to ensure machines operate correctly during production.
• Monitor production line equipment and operating parameters and report abnormalities or faults.
• Participate in shift operational reviews and discuss production performance and issues.
• Verify production dates and batch numbers printed on finished products.
• Perform water treatment sampling and basic analysis using designated tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment logs.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist with regular safety inspections and report potential hazards.
• Conduct chemical cleaning of manufacturing equipment when required.
• Monitor water-consuming equipment across the production facility.
• Use warehouse mobility devices for material transactions in the ERP system.
• Support waste-reduction initiatives covering manpower, materials, and machines.
• Follow all safety procedures and safe working practices.

Requirements

• Associate degree or diploma in General Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Electromechanics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field.
