Job summary

Client of Associated Talent Consultants seeks a Production Engineer to lead shift operations in a 24/7 Saudi FMCG/manufacturing setting. You will drive Lean improvements, manage KPIs, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering to maximize uptime while ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met.

You will apply root-cause analysis, plan production, and supervise a diverse team, including contractors, with strong attention to quality and compliance with GMP and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and handovers, monitor KPIs for safety, quality, cost and productivity.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to maximize equipment availability and execute preventive maintenance.
• Analyze production flows, identify bottlenecks, and apply Lean tools and root-cause analysis for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, SFDA and internal standards; train staff on safety and equipment handling.
• Communicate goals and performance updates to maintain alignment and drive delivery discipline.
