Job summary

Ecolab Downstream is seeking a Site Coordinator to support daily operational activities at the customer site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

You will oversee bulk deliveries, coordinate with suppliers for drop shipments, handle gate passes, escort trucks, and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of logistics coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer bulk and commodity deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange drop-shipment deliveries to the site.
• Perform required administrative tasks related to gate pass preparation and follow-up.
• Escort bulk trucks within the refinery in compliance with site safety regulations, including flagman and work permit receiver requirements.
• Coordinate with the customer warehouse regarding demand requirements and minimum stock levels, and provide weekly updates to the manager.
• Maintain consistent inventory levels and support the prevention of stockouts.
