Job summary

SVINOX in Riyadh seeks a Business Development Specialist to identify and develop new opportunities across events, experiential marketing, construction, and project delivery. This full-time, on-site role involves market research, lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and preparing proposals and presentations that align with client needs and company capabilities.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and market research capabilities to identify opportunities.
Excellent communication and customer service to engage prospects and represent the company.
Lead generation including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
Experience in business development, sales or account management in events, experiential marketing, construction, or project management.
Strong negotiation, presentation and networking abilities; proficient with CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field is advantageous.
On-site work in the Riyadh Region with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across SVINOX services (events, experiential marketing, construction, project delivery).
Conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, nurture client relationships, and prepare proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic pitches and track sales pipelines.
Support contract negotiations to ensure sustainable growth; monitor market trends and report insights to management.
