TikTok is seeking an Account Manager (Growth) for Global Business Solutions in Riyadh, Arabic-speaking. You will manage a diverse portfolio of SMB advertisers across MENA, focusing on revenue growth, client success and product adoption.

You will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities to scale investments, and provide strategic guidance to meet business objectives on TikTok. Arabic and English fluency are required for this fast-paced market-focused role.

Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency alongside English is required.
• Experience in sales, account management, digital advertising, paid media and/or marketing.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of advertisers against commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of SMB advertisers across the Middle East, driving revenue growth and long-term client success.
• Build trusted relationships with advertisers, identifying opportunities to increase investment and scale their business on TikTok.
• Develop account strategies based on client objectives, performance, seasonality and market opportunities.
• Drive adoption of TikTok's advertising products, measurement solutions and best practices.
• Identify, reactivate and develop high-potential advertisers across the portfolio.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams to solve client challenges and unlock growth.
• Maintain strong sales discipline across pipeline management, forecasting, client engagement and opportunity planning.
• Share market and client insights to help shape TikTok's SMB strategy across the region.
