The role focuses on on-site engagement, initiating requirements through workshops, and shaping detailed functional needs documented in BRDs, FRDs, and process diagrams.

• Ability to document detailed functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases).
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams and project managers to ensure clear requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements via workshops and sessions to uncover current processes and objectives.
• Translate needs into BRDs, FRDs, process flows and use cases.
• Identify gaps between current processes and GRC/IRM solutions and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with development, QA and PM teams; support UAT preparation and test scenarios.
• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and resolve issues post go-live.
