Job summary

Tawantech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – GRC/IRM in KSA. The role focuses on understanding business requirements, analyzing GRC/IRM processes, and translating needs into functional specifications. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of BA experience with strong GRC/IRM knowledge, and participates in BRD/FRD documentation, UAT, and workshop sessions to drive projects to completion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in GRC and IRM domains.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting BRD/FRD.
• Knowledge of UAT and test case preparation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to GRC and IRM.
• Work with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges and objectives.
• Translate requirements into clear functional requirements and specs.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and use cases.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and GRC/IRM solutions.
• Support design and implementation of GRC/IRM processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, use cases and related docs.
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and validating functionality.
• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
