Job summary

Danfoss Arabia is seeking a Technical Support Engineer Graduate (Saudi National) to join our climate solutions team in Riyadh. You will support compressors, components, and controllers in HVAC/R applications, delivering technical guidance and training to customers while collaborating with engineering teams.

The role requires a Saudi national with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics, fluent Arabic and strong English communication, and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• Saudi nationality is required.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the specification, selection, and troubleshooting of compressors, line components, and electronic controllers across HVAC/R applications.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to customers and end users, addressing product and application inquiries.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to support customer understanding and product adoption.
• Document testing results, technical findings, and recommendations through clear and accurate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product improvements and new product development initiatives.
