Key duties include processing Iqama-related actions, work permits, and transfers through platforms like Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, and Absher Business, while coordinating with HR, Payroll, and Finance to meet requirements.
We are looking for an experienced Government Relations Officer (GRO) to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing government-related processes, employee documentation, and regulatory requirements while ensuring timely completion of transactions and full compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage government transactions related to employees, including Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry, final exit, and work permits.
Handle transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Absher Business, and other relevant portals.
Process employee sponsorship transfers and related documentation.
Monitor the validity and expiry dates of Iqamas, work permits, visas, and other government documents.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams regarding employee and government-related requirements.
Maintain accurate records of government transactions, payments, supporting documents, and employee information.
Follow up with relevant government authorities when required.
Ensure transactions are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
Stay updated on changes in Saudi labor, immigration, and government regulations.
Support client-related government relations activities and employee administration when required.
