Job summary

Noble Horizon seeks a Government Relations Officer to manage regulatory filings, registrations, and government portal transactions in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with labour and immigration laws and coordinates with HR, Legal, and Finance to complete government-related procedures.

The GRO will maintain records, monitor licence renewals, and support documentation for new business activities while liaising with authorities to minimize risk and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labour, immigration, licensing, and government procedures.
  • Experience with government portals like Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and the Chamber of Commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Noble Horizon in government-related transactions and maintain professional relationships with authorities.
  • Process company and employee requirements through government platforms and portals.
  • Manage employment visas, iqama, work permits, and related immigration documents.
  • Coordinate issuance and renewal of commercial registrations, licences, and permits.
  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Support setup of new activities, offices, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of government documents, licences, and employee files.
  • Keep management informed of regulatory updates, deadlines and risks.
