Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with research and analysis of government policies, regulations, and administrative requirements relevant to organizational activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, policy summaries, briefing materials, and supporting documentation for government relations activities.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and help communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Support preparation of policy briefs that summarize key issues, requirements, and potential business implications.
  • Participate in meetings with government officials, public sector representatives, and other external stakeholders when required.
  • Record meeting outcomes, actions, and follow-up requirements accurately.
  • Assist with preparation of communication materials supporting advocacy and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, operational, legal, or business information required for government submissions and discussions.
  • Help maintain organized records of government correspondence, meetings, policies, regulations, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Support the team in understanding and applying relevant laws, regulations, and government procedures.
  • Assist with tracking government-related actions, commitments, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
  • Contribute to stakeholder mapping and preparation of background information before meetings or engagement activities.
  • Help prepare internal updates on regulatory developments and government relations priorities.

Ideal Profile

Candidates should hold a Bachelor 's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
