• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in GA matters for HR department of large scale companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control processes related to Government offices/agencies; ensure timely execution and provide reports.
• Analyze and interpret government policies and assess potential impact on operations.
• Review internal policies, plans, and programs for consistency with government regulations and laws.
• Monitor immigration and labour records; maintain through the organization system.
• Develop, manage and communicate Government relations policies and processes to ensure compliance.
• Resolve immigration related issues promptly.
• Disseminate information to HR about significant problems that may affect company goals.
• Assist employees with immigration formalities and entitlements.
• Process immigration requirements to expedite onboarding of new employees.
• Update business areas on issues, risks, and statuses of immigration/government processes and provide timely solutions.
• Complete immigration processes efficiently (Resident Permits, visas, CID, etc.).
• Track expiry dates and renew time-sensitive documents to avoid fines.
• Maintain employee files and documents related to immigration.
• Prepare internal memos and manage reference numbers for department correspondence.
• Arrange labor contracts for signature and attestation in Labor Dept.
• Update master files of exit permits, visa renewal and RP renewal.
• Stay informed on current labor/immigration laws and notify HR staff of changes.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting in line with IMS policies.
