Job summary

FieldCore, a GE Vernova company, seeks an Immigration Analyst to partner with Professionals, Managers and Directors across functions and external stakeholders to lead the Immigration Strategy within the region. You will manage a range of complex immigration projects to deliver an efficient and lean service.

You will maintain data integrity, coordinate with external counsel and immigration providers, and drive process improvements while supporting operations and training junior team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years immigration-specific experience, or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex immigration casework with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderate to highly complex immigration casework and projects.
• Coordinate with employees, external counsel, and immigration providers.
• Develop and implement immigration strategies and process improvements.
• Track visa, work permit, and residence permit progress in systems.
• Provide operational support and respond to inquiries from stakeholders.
• Travel as required and mentor junior team members.
