Job summary

AL Balad Development Company (BDC) seeks a governance professional to support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the organization's governance framework, embedding principles across functions and operations to strengthen decision-making and accountability.

You will develop and maintain governance manuals, conduct assessments, update the Delegation of Authority, review processes, monitor compliance, and prepare dashboards and reports to drive governance maturity and

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field with a focus on Governance & Compliance.
3–5 years of total experience.

Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
Assist in embedding governance principles across business functions and initiatives.
Review governance models, decision-making authorities, committees, and governance processes.
Maintain and update the Delegation of Authority framework.
Develop and maintain governance manuals, standards, guidelines, templates, and governance records.
Monitor implementation of governance requirements and prepare governance dashboards, reports, and governance maturity assessments.
Provide governance guidance to business units on governance frameworks, approval structures, and governance processes.
Support governance awareness initiatives and promote adoption of governance practices across the organization.
