Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a governance professional to develop understanding of its governance structures, frameworks and authority delegations, and to support the implementation and ongoing review of the Qiddiya Development Committee Governance Framework.

You will coordinate N-1 committee operations, prepare agendas, take minutes, and maintain governance records while liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with CDU objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of governance/compliance/risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing review of the Qiddiya Development Committee Governance Framework.
• Coordinate operations of N-1 level committees, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
• Maintain governance records and ensure documentation and compliance checks are complete.
