Eram Talent is seeking a Project Construction Manager to oversee on-site construction activities for Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) projects. You will manage civil works and mechanical installations, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and schedule compliance according to Saudi Aramco standards.

You will coordinate subcontractors, QA/QC, and procurement teams, monitor progress, and drive issue resolution to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Direct experience as Construction Manager or senior site leader on Saudi Aramco EPC projects.
• Proven record of delivering Saudi Aramco GOSP projects; priority screening criterion.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise daily on-site construction activities including civil works and mechanical installation per plans, budgets, schedules and SAES.
• Coordinate international and local subcontractors to ensure timely completion per project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW procedures, safety instructions, environmental regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to meet contractual requirements and client inspections.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, identify delays/risks and implement corrective actions to keep schedule.
• Collaborate with engineering/design teams on constructability reviews and design changes to minimize rework.
• Review methods, sequences, resources, and site conditions to improve execution efficiency and resolve issues.
• Coordinate procurement and supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Monitor material delivery, identify supply risks, and coordinate inspections and storage.
• Assess impact of design/procurement changes on activities and schedules.
