Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Extensive Aramco project experience as Construction Manager or senior site leader.
• Solid experience in heavy civil works and complex installation phases in oil & gas or heavy industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily construction activities on the site, focusing on civil and installation works.
• Ensure all construction phases are completed on schedule, within budget, and compliant with SAES.
• Actively manage international and local subcontractors and align them with deliverables and schedules.
• Champion zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety protocols.
