Eram Talent is actively seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager on behalf of a prestigious client in the Saudi Arabian oil and gas sector, to lead critical construction phases on Saudi Aramco projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong civil construction background, experience managing local and international subcontractors, and a track record delivering on tight SAES standards and complex installation works, including GOSP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/related field required.
• Extensive Aramco project experience preferred.
• Strong civil and mechanical installation knowledge.
• Experience managing both local and international subcontractors.
• Proven record in safety and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily site construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with SAES and safety protocols.
• Review, approve methodologies, schedules, and reports.
