Job summary

Maaden in Riyadh seeks a Principal Specialist, Trading Management to maximize value from Gold Doré sales through market intelligence, price forecasting, and strategic trading evaluation.

You will serve as subject matter expert on precious metals markets, advise management and sales on pricing, risk management, and market opportunities, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Treasury to align pricing with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years in Gold Doré trading, precious metals or commodity markets.
• Experience with LBMA pricing mechanisms and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global Gold Doré and related markets to identify pricing opportunities.
• Develop and maintain gold price forecasts using fundamental, technical and quantitative methods.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Advise Sales and Commercial teams on pricing decisions and market execution.
• Evaluate pricing strategies including LBMA pricing, fixed-price and hedging.
