Job summary

Maaden Aluminium Company (MAC) seeks a Principal Specialist Trading Management to maximize the commercial value of Gold Dor sales through market intelligence, price forecasting and trading strategy evaluation. You will act as the internal advisor on pricing and market timing, develop forecasts, and provide strategic recommendations to Sales, Commercial, and Leadership to optimize revenue and risk.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
10–15 years in gold dor trading or related.
Experience with LBMA pricing, refinery contracts, hedging and derivatives.
Proven track record in commercial evaluations and pricing decisions.
Advanced knowledge of gold markets, LBMA pricing, and risk management.
Strong Excel/Power BI/Think-Cell skills for modeling and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Monitor global gold and macro markets to identify pricing opportunities.
Develop short/medium/long-term price forecasts using diverse methods.
Provide market intelligence reports and strategic pricing guidance.
Evaluate pricing strategies and market timing for sales cycles.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Treasury to align pricing decisions.
Create advanced analytical dashboards and executive presentations.
Support pricing methodologies in RFP processes and value analyses.
