Job summary

UniHawk Global is seeking a University Admissions Counsellor (Arabic) in Riyadh to manage the complete student application lifecycle with a focus on international admissions. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory for effective counselling and documentation handling.

The role covers counselling, application management across UK/US/Canada/Europe/Australia destinations, and visa support, reporting to Business Head, and CRM accuracy. On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in international university admissions and counselling.
• Strong knowledge of UG/PG applications for UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia.
• Experience with Common App, UCAS and partner portals.
• Hands-on guidance through international visa processes.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Counselling and student engagement: conduct meetings with students/parents for higher education pathways.
• Review Personal Statements, Essays, CVs, and supporting documents.
• Guide students through offer acceptance, deposits, accommodation, and visas.
• Manage end-to-end applications through direct and partner portals.
• Maintain daily reporting on application status and coordinate with the Operations Team.
