Mavins Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to design, implement, and manage programs that strengthen the capabilities of employees and member firms. The role supports a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation across the network.

You will develop tailored training, collaborate with subject-matter experts, coordinate in-person and virtual sessions, and evaluate program effectiveness to deliver scalable learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in training and development or a related role.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Experience with e-learning platforms, instructional-design tools, and virtual training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across time zones.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee training programs tailored to member-firm and employee needs.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create effective learning materials.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
