Job summary

DHL is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive revenue within an assigned territory. You will develop and service existing customers, retain relationships, and actively pursue new business opportunities across the region.

The role emphasizes service excellence, cross-functional coordination, and consistent account growth. The successful candidate will manage inquiries, build multi-level relationships, and analyze data to maximize DHL revenue while ensuring credit and service quality

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic an advantage.
• Excellent PC skills (MS Word & Excel).
• Professional telephone behavior with customer interface experience.
• Numerically literate and able to analyze data and trends.
• Willing to work long hours and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for DHL and respond to customer needs professionally.
• Develop strong multi-level relationships to sustain revenue.
• Follow up on inquiries and direct customers to the right DHL unit.
• Maintain regular call cycles and identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and position DHL value accordingly.
• Source new leads and convert them into profitable revenue.
• Monitor credit issues and coordinate with finance to collect payments.
• Log calls in COMET and ensure IBS forms are up to date.
• Take ownership of service failures and resolve quickly.
• Analyze figures to spot trends and maximize revenue.
