DHL Express Saudi Arabia in Riyadh invites a results-driven sales professional to join the Insanely Customer Centric team. You will develop, service and expand a geographically assigned customer portfolio, aiming to maximize DHL revenue while delivering outstanding service.

The role emphasizes customer focus, cross-functional collaboration and accurate problem solving in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone/sales in a multinational company with customer interface is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Good command of English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for DHL and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain a regular call cycle to existing DHL customers to build multi-level relationships.
• Identify potential and negotiate with existing customers to maximize revenue.
• Source and action new business leads and persuade potential customers to use DHL services.
• Monitor credit issues and coordinate with Customer Accounting to ensure collections.
