EY is seeking a Manager to join our MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Jeddah. You will lead engagements, drive growth of the GCR practice, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver high-quality tax services across domestic and international rules.

In this role you will manage day-to-day client engagements, establish robust processes, and ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines while building strong client relationships across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related fields.
• MBA, master's or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.
• Strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing within a large professional services environment.
• Strong managerial, organizational, and project management experience.

• Lead complex engagements and drive growth of the GCR practice.
• Manage day-to-day client engagements and monitor progress and deliverables.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal teams; ensure high-quality services.
• Put in place standardized processes, identify risks, and drive performance-improvement solutions.
• Supervise teams, coach junior members, and ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.
