Job summary

Salehiya Healthcare in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Outbound Logistics Manager to lead and optimize nationwide distribution of pharmaceutical, medical, and healthcare products.

You will ensure cold-chain integrity, GDP/GMP compliance, and high service levels across Saudi Arabia, guiding Supervisors, Officers, and Delivery Representatives while collaborating with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
8–12 years in logistics or supply chain operations with supervisory experience.
Experience with cold-chain handling and healthcare distribution standards.

Responsibilities

Lead outbound logistics operations through Supervisors and delivery teams.
Ensure cold-chain compliance, GDP/GMP standards, and regulatory adherence.
Optimize routes, dispatch, and delivery planning; monitor KPIs.
Coordinate with warehousing, inventory, transport and customer service teams.
Drive cost optimization, automation projects, and continuous improvements.
