Job summary

Mastercard’s Global Markets Launch Program in Riyadh offers an 18-month rotation across Sales and Product Management tracks to develop a commercial mindset and cross-functional exposure. You will engage in strategic sales planning, solution selling, and coordinating project plans while gaining experience across disciplines.

Qualified candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation between March 2026 and August 2027 and can start on March 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with anticipated graduation between March 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start 1 March 2027.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Focus on strategic sales planning and consultative and solution selling.
• Coordinate project plans and manages all implementation processes within budget constraints.
• Provide market intelligence to product developers and managers to support design, development and implementation efforts.
