Job summary

Mastercard's Launch Program offers an 18-month rotational experience across Global Markets, with two tracks in Sales & Business Development and Product Management. You’ll engage in strategic planning, client engagements, and solution design, gaining exposure to multiple markets and cross-functional teams.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with graduation planned for 2026–2027, you will start on 1 March 2027, demonstrating leadership, rapid learning, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Available to start 1 March 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two 9-month rotations across Sales/BD and Product tracks.
• Engage in strategic sales planning and consultative solution selling.
