Job summary

RTX in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Global Industrialization / Localization Manager to lead industrial partnerships, local supply chains, and technology transfer within a complex, international program portfolio.

The role involves cross-functional coordination across OSC, R&C, Contracts, Global Trade, and Finance, with extensive travel to engage with customers and partners globally. Onsite in Riyadh with oversight of multi-billion dollar obligations.

Qualifications

• EVMS Certification required or preferred.
• Experience leading proposals (Management, Cost, Technical) and BOEs/IPAs/IPPs.
• Experience interfacing with customers at all levels and understanding international offset/localization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop industrialization concepts and proposals; negotiate industrialization agreements; coordinate global supply chain arrangements.
• Manage all phases of the global industrialization program lifecycle (concept, proposal, contract, program execution).
• Collaborate with Raytheon functions, landed companies, and commercial consortiums to mature industrial partnerships.
