Job summary

Abroad Work is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager for our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia operation. The role focuses on controlling stock, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a background in inventory management, strong English communication, and experience with ERP and inventory software. Accommodation is provided for Indian nationals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of inventory management experience.
• Knowledge of inventory software systems.
• ERP familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure efficient stock management.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to maintain adequate stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and favourable pricing.
• Oversee recording of all transactions in the system.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and optimize turnover.
• Train and supervise staff handling physical counts.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and production for smooth flow of materials.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management

Minimum 3-5 years inventory management experience
