Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a proactive Logistics Team Leader to oversee the global inbound supply chain with accountability for the KSA site operations. You will manage carrier performance, drive SLAs, and collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams to ensure urgent shipments are executed seamlessly.

The role requires strong knowledge of global inbound processes, freight operations, and ERP systems such as SAP, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Experience managing global inbound freight operations.
• Familiarity with KSA supply chain regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day global inbound freight movements with focus on KSA shipments.
• Track carrier performance for inbound/outbound shipments and own carrier SLAs.
• Coordinate with procurement and carriers to prioritize urgent cargo and clear bottlenecks.
• Align with Global Procurement and Freight Forwarding to review capacity and SLAs.
• Guide inbound logistics team to follow SOPs and cover daily tasks.
• Manage outbound carrier relationships to ensure on-time pickups and bookings.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement SOPs to reduce transit delays.
