Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments across all MOTs and provide real-time visibility.
• Track movement of goods and critical activities in real time.
• Facilitate smooth communication between internal departments, external partners and stakeholders.
• Generate and maintain reports on operational performance.
• Provide logistical support to resolve issues and bottlenecks.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying issues and recommending solutions.
