Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Commercial Director to manage all contracts and commercial activities for a major project. You will interface with the client's Commercial Team and Executive Steering Committee to advise, present, and report on the program's commercial health.

The role requires leading a team across commercial, procurement, and contract staff, with extensive experience in FIDIC contracts and international projects, and strong negotiation skills in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering, QS, or cost engineering.
• MRICS certification and PMP/RMP preferred.
• 20+ years in contracts and commercial management on large projects.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of commercial, procurement, and contract staff.
• Oversee project commercial performance against budgets.
• Negotiate terms and manage change orders.
• Interface with client commercial teams and executives.
