Job summary

Cisco Systems in Riyadh is seeking a Collaboration Renewals Specialist to drive renewals growth for the Collaboration portfolio. You will collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to deliver a seamless renewal experience and articulate value propositions for Cisco Collaboration offers.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required. You will leverage Salesforce and Gong to track opportunities, educate partners, and close renewals while building a pipeline for near-term and future

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales/renewals experience.
Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with Cisco Install Base or recurring revenue renewal cycles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a renewals sales pipeline for near-term and future growth.
Use Salesforce.com and Gong.io to track customer interactions and close opportunities.
Educate partners and teams on the Collaboration Renewals story and value propositions.
Collaborate with partners, account executives, and technical teams on renewals strategy.
Ensure accurate quoting and closing of renewals opportunities.
Communicate effectively in Arabic and English.
