Job summary

Apple is seeking a dedicated Genius for Apple Retail to diagnose and repair Apple hardware and software, educate customers on options, and deliver an exceptional, education-focused service experience in-store.

You will work with the Genius Bar team to resolve issues, mentor colleagues, and uphold Apple’s commitment to inclusion and high standards of customer care in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Ability to visually inspect hardware and safely conduct repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service environment.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Repair Apple hardware and software issues.
• Educate customers on repairs and Apple offerings.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and guiding purchases.
• Support leadership with timely resolution to customer escalations.
• Mentor and serve as a positive role model for Genius Bar team.
