Job summary

Dallah Hospital is seeking a reliable General Warehouse Keeper to manage daily inventory, receive and ship goods, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. You will physically handle materials, enter data into the inventory system, and ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, inspecting goods, logging into the WMS, storing items FIFO, conducting cycle counts, picking and packing orders, and coordinating with carriers for shipping

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience preferred.
• Equipment Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire).
• Technical: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl) is preferred.
• Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg); stand/walk for extended shifts; bend, reach, and climb as needed.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Warehouse Keeper to manage daily inventory operations, receive and ship goods, and maintain an organized, safe warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical handling of materials, accurate data entry into our inventory system, and ensuring orders are packed and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inspection

• Unload incoming shipments from delivery trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Inspect incoming goods for damages, defects, or discrepancies against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately log received inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Storage & Inventory Management

• Move received materials to designated storage areas (bins, racks, or shelves) following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) guidelines.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Flag low-stock items, damaged inventory, or misplaced stock to the supervisor.
• Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately according to pick lists.
• Prepare items for shipment by wrapping, palletizing, and securing cargo.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, manifest logs).

Facility & Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain clean, organized, and clear aisles, packing stations, and storage zones.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment and report maintenance needs or hazards immediately.
