Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:
   • Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and objectives.
   • Conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and assess potential risks.
   • Create and execute strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
2. Business Development:
   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets and customer segments.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and suppliers.
   • Lead negotiations for major contracts, tenders, and partnerships.
3. Operational Management:
   • Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments within the organization.
   • Ensure effective implementation of operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.

4. Financial Management:
