Job summary

First Point Group is seeking an experienced Presales/ Solutions Consulting professional to lead customer discovery and design tailored AI solutions in the Middle East region. You will build demos, prototypes, and POCs and provide solution architecture for bids while engaging with C‑level stakeholders to translate business needs into AI outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in presales or related fields, deep Generative AI/NLP expertise, and fluent Arabic and English.

Qualifications

8+ years in presales, solutions consulting or technical consulting.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Chatbots, Voicebots, NLP, STT and TTS.
Hands-on ability to build demos, prototypes and POCs.
Strong commercial mindset and customer-facing skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
