Job summary

iSOLUTION in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Cloud Pre-Sales Engineer to design and propose cloud solutions across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will lead technical discussions, deliver PoCs, and support successful sales closures.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will assess customer requirements and prepare high-level solution architectures and proposals. Arabic language proficiency is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform; GCP preferred.
• 5-7 years professional experience in cloud/pre-sales.
• Arabic speakers only.

Responsibilities

• Design and propose cloud solutions based on customer requirements using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
• Analyse customer business and technical requirements to recommend appropriate cloud solutions.
• Assist in solution design, configuration, and architecture by collaborating with internal technical teams.
• Participate in technical qualification of sales opportunities by assessing customer requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and project scope.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations with customers.
• Deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed solutions and support successful sales closures.
• Act as the technical liaison between the Sales and Delivery teams, ensuring clear communication regarding solution design, implementation approach, timelines, and project scope.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including high-level solution architecture, deployment planning, effort estimation, and resource costing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution positioning and customer satisfaction.
