Job summary

Altkom Software & Consulting is looking for a Senior Cloud Architect to design scalable, secure GCP solutions and lead modernization projects in a large enterprise environment. You will drive Terraform-based IaC, implement GKE and Cloud Run, and set security standards across the cloud estate.

The role requires strong leadership, deep GCP expertise, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. On-site in Dammam with a long-term project focus.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, enterprise solution design, and digital transformation projects.
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
• Expert-level knowledge of Terraform and hands-on IaC delivery.
• Proven track record leading legacy app modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Strong expertise in GCP services: IAM, Networking, Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, and serverless tech.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work 100% on-site in Dammam.
• Seeking a long-term project with real impact on large-scale cloud environments.

• Have at least 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, enterprise solution design, and digital transformation projects.
• Hold a valid Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
• Possess expert-level knowledge of Terraform and hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade IaC solutions.
• Have a proven track record of leading legacy application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in GCP services, particularly IAM, Networking, Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, and serverless technologies.
• Can effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Are willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work 100% on-site in Dammam.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
