FuGenTex Solutions is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) specialist for a 1-year GCC project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves hands-on payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting and post-go-live support, with onsite work in Riyadh for six months and remote work from India for the remaining six months.

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll ECP.
• Hands-on payroll configuration implementation and support.
• Experience with GCC country payroll processes is mandatory.
• Understanding of Employee Central integration with ECP.
• Able to interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Experience in payroll testing, troubleshooting and post-go-live support.
• Prior onsite experience in GCC countries.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
