Foreground Consultancy is seeking a Retail Operations Director to oversee end-to-end store performance across the GCC. You will drive operational excellence, customer experience, and profitability while adapting to market trends and consumer behavior.

The role requires a proven leader with multi-country apparel operations experience, strong P&L acumen, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills. You will guide expansion and refurbishment programs in line with the brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in business/retail, MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in progressive retail operations experience, 5+ in senior leadership.
• Proven expertise in multi-country apparel operations and P&L management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance of retail stores across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Establish and implement operating standards for consistent execution.
• Monitor KPIs such as turnover, sales per square foot, inventory turns, and staff productivity.
• Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing to optimize in-store experiences.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety standards across outlets.
• Lead store expansion and refurbishment programs aligned with brand strategy.
