Job summary

Novotel Thakher Makkah is seeking an experienced Garde Manger Chef to join our culinary team in Makkah. You will ensure the quality and presentation of cold kitchen items, maintaining high standards of hygiene and consistency across all dishes.

Responsibilities include preparing salads, canapés and dressings, following approved recipes, and supporting daily kitchen operations during peak periods and events.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cold food preparation, salads, sauces and plating.
• Experience with HACCP, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel kitchen.
• Good teamwork and communication in a high-pressure environment.
