Job summary

The Standard, Mexico City, seeks an Assistant Manager of Rooms or Front Office Manager to help deliver the brand promise and manage day-to-day Front Office operations. This role focuses on guest service, staff leadership, and operational excellence in a vibrant hotel setting.

The candidate will oversee Front Desk, Front Service, Communications Centre, Business Centre and Regency Club, ensuring smooth guest flow and high service standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager of Rooms or Front Office Manager.
• Strong problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
