The Chedi Hegra in AlUla is seeking a Front Office Agent responsible for delivering warm, efficient guest service during check-in and check-out, and acting as the main point of contact for guests. You will handle guest requests promptly, operate the PMS accurately, coordinate with Housekeeping and Reservations, and promote hotel facilities and promotions.

The role emphasizes safeguarding assets and maintaining professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and conduct an efficient, accurate check-in process in line with hotel standards.
• Conduct smooth and accurate check-out procedures, including billing verification and settlement of accounts.
• Handle guest reservations, walk-ins, and room assignments in coordination with Reservations and Housekeeping teams.
• Operate the PMS accurately, ensuring guest profiles and preferences are correctly recorded and updated.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, escalating when required.
• Promote hotel facilities, outlets, and promotions to guests, identifying opportunities to upsell rooms and services.
• Maintain accurate guest records, correspondence, and documentation in line with hotel policies and data protection requirements.
