Job summary

Client of Michael Page is seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to lead growth in the Saudi logistics sector. You will develop strategic sales plans, identify new clients, and build partnerships to meet ambitious targets.

You will strengthen relationships with existing clients, tailor compelling presentations, conduct market research in Riyadh, collaborate with internal teams, and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Experience in sales or business development, ideally within the Freight Forwarding industry.
Proven ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Knowledge of the Riyadh market and its business environment.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
A degree in business, marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets
Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and business partners
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Logistics sector
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals
