Job summary

Arabian Oud is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales and leading a high performing team in our on-site store.

You will coach sales associates, manage daily operations, oversee inventory and visual merchandising, and represent the brand with outstanding customer service during peak times and special events.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in beauty/fragrance or luxury retail.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Excellent guest service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic retail math and POS proficiency; familiarity with inventory processes.
• Knowledge of fragrance notes, brands and culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and brand standards.
• Lead, coach and develop sales associates.
• Schedule staffing for optimal coverage and peak business periods.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and merchandising standards.
• Execute visual merchandising to create premium in-store experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate receiving/stock transfers.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly sales reports and KPI tracking.
• Assist with events, promotions, and private shopping appointments.
