Job summary

ExeQut AI Consulting in Riyadh invites a Fortinet Security Engineer to design, implement, and support Fortinet security solutions across enterprise environments. You will work with customers’ SOC, network and cybersecurity teams to deploy Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls and related products.

The role requires hands-on FortiGate expertise, Fortinet Security Fabric knowledge, and strong TCP/IP networking skills, with Saudi nationality preferred. Fortinet NSE certifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Fortinet FortiGate experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, NAT and VPN concepts.
• Experience designing secure network architectures and SOC integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure and support Fortinet security solutions, primarily FortiGate firewalls.
• Deploy and manage FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiWeb, FortiMail, FortiAuthenticator, FortiClient and FortiSandbox as required.
• Configure firewalls, VPN, routing, NAT, IPS, app control, web filtering, SSL inspection.
• Design and implement HA, SD-WAN and secure network architectures.
• Integrate Fortinet solutions with existing network security, SIEM and SOC environments.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents and provide root-cause analysis.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, health checks, tuning and backups.
• Develop technical documentation: HLD/LLD, configuration guides, SOPs.
• Support PoC demonstrations, deployments and technical workshops.

Position Summary

ExeQut is hiring a Fortinet Security Engineer to design implement and support Fortinet security solutions primarily FortiGate firewalls across enterprise environments working closely with customers SOC network and cybersecurity teams

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, configure and support Fortinet security solutions primarily FortiGate firewalls
• Deploy and manage FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiWeb, FortiMail, FortiAuthenticator, FortiClient and FortiSandbox as required
• Configure firewalls VPN routing NAT IPS application control web filtering antivirus and SSL inspection
• Design and implement HA SD-WAN and secure network architectures
• Integrate Fortinet solutions with existing network security SIEM and SOC environments
• Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents and provide root-cause analysis
• Perform system upgrades patching health checks performance optimization and configuration backups
• Develop technical documentation HLD LLD configuration guides and operational procedures
• Support Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations deployments and technical workshops

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise security architecture
• Fortinet NSE FCF FCA FCP FCSS certifications

3 7+ years of experience in network/security engineering with strong hands-on Fortinet experience Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate and Fortinet Security Fabric Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, and network security Experience with IPsec/SSL VPN, BGP/OSPF, SD-WAN, HA, and firewall policies Knowledge of Fortinet centralized management and logging solutions Must be Saudi National.
