Job summary

Exequt, a Riyadh-based cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure services company, seeks a Network Engineer to maintain reliable, secure and high-performing customer and internal networks across Saudi Arabia.

The role requires strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and security controls with Cisco and Fortinet platforms; hands-on troubleshooting, network monitoring, and ability to document findings clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI, VLANs, trunking, STP, subnetting, routing, DNS, DHCP, NAT.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches, routers, and security technologies.
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls, security policies, VPNs, high availability, and centralized management.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot core and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Administer and support Cisco and Fortinet switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and related security controls.
• Monitor network availability, performance, capacity, and security events, escalating incidents when required.
• Investigate connectivity, routing, switching, and access issues and document root-cause findings.
• Implement approved network changes, upgrades, backups, and configuration standards with appropriate change control.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, SOC, infrastructure, and client teams on secure network design and incident response.
• Maintain accurate diagrams, asset records, operating procedures, and technical reports.
• Support compliance-focused projects aligned with applicable Saudi cybersecurity and information security requirements.
